This is an interactive 3D plotly scatter of PCA embedding coordinates. You can use this tool to explore the DeepBlue PIP microphysical dataset data. The default clusters are colored based on their manual PCA cluster values (sigma > 2). You can move the cursor around to investigate individual points, zoom, or rotate the 3D plot.
